Our rooftop farm is located above highly-acclaimed Japanese restaurant, Uchi in RINO. We use aeroponic Tower Gardens ™ in our greenhouse to maximize our efficiency, and create a stunning centerpiece to this bustling Denver neighborhood. Working to provide fresh, healthy, locally grown produce and workforce development opportunities in our community.

JFS Altius Farms delivers great local taste (year round) for restaurants, food service, and markets. Our sustainably grown produce is non-GMO and chemical pesticide-free. We employ Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) to provide consistency, continuity, and capacity with our crops.

Hyperlocal Sustainable Farming

JFS Altius Farms delivers healthier food, reduces environmental impact, and elevates the local economy. We serve people and planet.

  • Most of our harvest is distributed to local restaurants. We offer leafy greens, lettuces and herbs, as well as seasonal produce from our outdoor garden. Most of our produce is harvested for same day delivery and rinsed and hydrocooled to ensure optimal freshness.   • On select Fridays, we offer our greens on a first-come, first-serve basis. Availability varies by week, so visit our Greens page for more info. Our greens may also be available at certain grocery stores including:

  • Yes, if you’ve ordered greens in our curbside sale, we’ll bring your order out to you directly. Call 303.961.2022 when you arrive at our greenhouse in the designated pickup location.

  • Yes! We offer our 8,000 square foot garden for gatherings. Check out the Community Gatherings page for more info.

  • Join the JFS Altius Farms staff to provide fresh, healthy, locally grown produce. JFS Altius Farms delivers great local taste (year-round) for restaurants, food service, markets and residents. Greens are also donated to the Weinberg Food Pantry for our clients. Volunteer activities include produce packaging,  seeding, cleaning, and transplanting.
