Meeting Your Labor & Talent Acquisition Needs

JFS provides area businesses with qualified and vetted job candidates. These great job candidates are people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and people with barriers to employment. People with disabilities are the most under-employed population, but the most successful at long-term employment.

Job Candidates

We build relationships with local businesses to better understand their hiring needs and connect them with qualified and motivated job seekers. We support every aspect of the process from individualized onboarding support to ongoing job coaching. We provide free ongoing consultation to ensure our businesses partners can achieve a more inclusive workplace. This results in prescreened, viable, and qualified job candidates who will immediately add value and contribute to your business success.
