Donor Spotlight: Roberta Levin
We recently talked to longtime supporter Roberta Levin, who is co-chairing the upcoming Experience JFS Boulder event with Gilad Gordon, to learn more about why she supports JFS Boulder.
JFS: Why do you choose to support JFS Boulder?
Roberta Levin (RL): I support JFS Boulder because I believe in the work it does to provide support to not only the Jewish community but to anyone in need with a variety of programs and services. I want to do all I can to insure that JFS not only survives, but thrives and continues to provide vital services in our community in the future.
JFS: Why did you want to co-chair Experience JFS Boulder?
RL: I hope my involvement will encourage others to join in the fun and help support JFS’s mission.
JFS: Why are you excited about this event on November 13 at the Boulder JCC?
RL: I always enjoy getting together with old friends and new to support a cause we all believe in! This will be an interesting program with Chef Daniel Asher focusing on food and its deep and varied connections to Jewish culture and traditions. People can also look forward to a presentation highlighting the wonderful work that JFS does in our community. I encourage everyone to attend to support the work that JFS does so well and could not do without the support of our community.
